Mr.Subramanian started TRS Forms in the year 1993, with the aim of bringing in the latest technological solutions to the reach of educational institutes in India. Today, TRS is one of India’s leading solution provider in the examination vertical, having branch offices spread all across the country, with over 130 employees.
Having more than 30 years of experience in this field of activity, Mr.Subramanian is an expert in high volume data processing and data capture services. His innovative ideas have helped improve examination processes in many major national/state educational institutes and today, several of his solutions have been adopted as standards in various parts of the country.
Mr.Subramanian started his career as programmer and then went on to establish TRR Software Service (P) Ltd. in 1991 along with 2 other technocrats. He was the Director (technical) at TRR. Since then, he has been instrumental in bringing OMR technology into India. Owing to his vision to make technology more accessible, TRS today has come up with multiple automation solutions which are fully designed and developed in house.
He is a graduate from Madras University and holds a diploma in software development from NIIT.
Mr.Swaminathan is the Director, Operations at TRS and has been there with the company since its inception. A workaholic by nature, he is a vital cog in the TRS setup and takes care of order execution.
He comes with rich experience in the areas of operation management and project execution, which is invaluable for TRS.
Before joining the company, he was supporting his father’s printing business and that firm later evolved to become a franchise for printed products of REPRO India Ltd. During that time, he was also part of the board of directors, for more than two decades, of a century old financial institution based out of Chennai.
Mr.Swaminathan is a qualified chartered accountant and a graduate from Madras University.
Jayaraman has done Degree in Science and Diploma in Electronics through City & Guilds of London institute. A certified Six sigma Black Belt through QIMPRO and trained more than 250 people of middle and top management employees for Green Belts.
He has a long experience of working for large Corporate for more than 27 years in the customer service industry in various capacities
He is currently heading Transformation – HR and change management in a TRS. He is Instrumental in planning & implementing welfare programmes and counseling employees on performance improvements.
He has got a passion for training and trained more than 1200 in house employees in Onida across the country on SOP and various soft skills. Has trained more than 300 employees of Panasonic – a multinational consumer electronics company as a freelancer
Some of the training programmes handled by him include: Arts of Customer Service, Customer Communication, Your Attitude determines your Altitude, Motivation and involvement, Team Work, Leadership skills, Energize people, Attitudinal change among others.
